Her roles have evolved from domestic cleaner to senior carer to deputy manager to her current role, manager of the home. This progression is a testament to Leighann’s unwavering dedication and relentless work ethic.
Leighann’s commitment to personal and professional growth shines through her achievement of obtaining an NVQ level 5 in management while at Park Lane. This internationally recognised qualification showcases her impressive skill set, making her the epitome of what a care home manager should aspire to be.
What Leighann cherishes most about her role is the extensive time she gets to spend with the residents and their families. She and her team collaborate seamlessly to ensure that every member of the community receives the care and support they require.

We have dedicated activities co-ordinators for the homes, who never fail to come up with new and exciting ideas to keep home life anything but dull. Obviously, there are the usual activities like Bingo, Cards, Painting, Yesteryear Themes, Raffles, Parties, Singalongs, Summer Fetes, etc, etc, but there are many other innovative and special days and evenings to not only keep our residents happy, we have trouble keeping the staff out too!
