Leighann Peace is Manager at Moorgate Hollow.

Leighann’s remarkable journey to manager is nothing short of inspiring, starting as a domestic cleaner at the home, she has steadily climbed her way through the ranks over her 13 years at Moorgate Hollow. Her roles have evolved from domestic cleaner to senior carer to deputy manager to her current role, manager of the home. This progression is a testament to Leighann’s unwavering dedication and relentless work ethic.

Leighann’s commitment to personal and professional growth shines through her achievement of obtaining an NVQ level 5 in management while at Park Lane. This internationally recognised qualification showcases her impressive skill set, making her the epitome of what a care home manager should aspire to be.

What Leighann cherishes most about her role is the extensive time she gets to spend with the residents and their families. She and her team collaborate seamlessly to ensure that every member of the community receives the care and support they require.
