Mary-Anne Quilter has over 15 years of professional care experience and 24 years of personal care experience. Her love for helping people and enriching their lives began with supporting her brother as a young carer. Mary-Anne started her journey in the field of care working with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour and then moved to caring for the elderly which she has been doing for the last 13 years. She has worked in every role of care starting as a support worker and growing her skills, knowledge and gaining qualifications to become the service manager of My Homecare West Sussex. Mary-Anne strives for everyone we care for to receive a very high standard of care and she personally ensures the effectiveness of our team and clients experiences with our care workers.

In 2015 My Homecare introduced our person centred style of caring across the whole of the country. We have an established branch in Faygate, covering the West Sussex area, who have fully trained, DBS checked and dedicated carers.
My Homecare’s compassionate and hardworking care team have a clear goal to maintain our first class reputation for providing high quality care. We help people who either through illness or injury, require assistance to maintain their well-being, whilst continuing to live in their own home and neighbourhood.
