Chido Tanyanyiwa is Registered Manager at Ndima Healthcare (Live-in Care).
As cliché as it might sound, “care is in my blood”. Growing up, my mum was a carer, and she has had a lot of positions and roles over the years in care. She has worked in care homes, hospitals, and domiciliary, and now we have created and run Ndima Healthcare together. My father was a special education needs teacher for a care company. Being immersed in this environment from a young age, I have always been acutely aware of the importance of care and its tremendous value to those who need support.
As soon as I could work in care at 18, I jumped at the opportunity to work as a carer while undertaking a BA (Hons) in marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations.
This role allows me to combine my passion for care with my expertise in marketing and management. I am deeply committed to ensuring that we provide the highest quality care and support, tailored to the unique needs of each individual we support.
Hello! We are Beatrice, Reckson, and Chido. Together with four other carers, we form the homecare team at Ndima Healthcare. Our team of seven may be smaller than the average home care agency, but we love that about ourselves! Being small means we can dedicate all our time, resources, and knowledge to ensuring that we have provide safe, quality care.
We believe that care is not one size fits all, so whatever the person needs, we are there to support; therefore, services can range from visiting, live-in care, overnight care, support with household duties, and pet care, we’re here for you.
Beyond homecare, Ndima Healthcare operates as an agency supplying carers on long-term and temporary placements for care organizations, including the NHS. We provide nurses, HCAs, support workers, and more, giving us extensive knowledge and experience in the field.
