Meet The Manager

Helen Stoddart is Home Manager at Newcarron Court Nursing Home.

I started at Newcarron court in 2009, first as a Night Shift Staff Nurse and have since made my way up to becoming the Home Manager.

I am committed to working with the team at Newcarron to make this a home that is supportive and welcoming. We take pride in our participation in the local community and our standard of care to everyone living here.

Welcome to Newcarron Court Care Home in Falkirk. Our purpose-built Home is located in the historic Forth Valley, Scotland, and is set in beautiful grounds which include an idyllic rose garden – perfect for resting on those long summer days.

We provide person-centred care for a range of needs including the frail and elderly, as well as those living with dementia and Parkinson’s. Situated close to major transport routes and within easy reach of Glasgow, Newcarron Court Care Home in Falkirk is a popular choice for families looking for quality care.

Our highly trained registered nurses and care assistants are available around-the-clock to ensure all Residents are able to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives. Whether they are engaged in a buzz of activities or enjoying some peace and quiet, the Residents are always our number one priority.

Activities Are So Important

We pride ourselves on promoting an active lifestyle here at Newcarron Court. Thanks to our super minibus we are able to take regular trips to the surrounding countryside with its wealth of history, as well as to the seaside, local safari park and shopping centres. Our Care Home in Falkirk is also fortunate to be part of a strong local community and our dedicated Inter-Generational Lounge Area means children from local nursery and primary schools can meet Residents and share entertainment and stories, offering a magical experience for all.

As well as having entertainers visit the Home, including cabaret acts, our days are filled with arts and crafts, gardening, tea parties and reminiscence sessions, among other activities.
