The Village comprises 60 spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments for independent living, and a host of facilities, including beautifully kept grounds, a shop, restaurant and gym.

There are both leasehold and rental options. 36 apartments become available to purchase periodically and 24 are affordable rental properties that are run in partnership with Epsom and Ewell Borough Council.
