Abbeyfield Southern Oaks is a not-for-profit charity offering retirement living at a choice of locations in North-East Surrey.
Our Independent Living Retirement Village, Nonsuch Abbeyfield in Ewell, is purpose-built for an easy-going, contemporary lifestyle with smartly designed living and communal spaces, Nonsuch Abbeyfield comprises 60 spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments for independent living, 24/7 security and a host of facilities, activities, hobbies and the opportunity of new friendships at your fingertips.
There are both leasehold and rental options. 36 apartments become available to purchase periodically, for which you are invited to express your interest by joining our waiting list. 24 are affordable rental properties, for which enquiries should be made via Epsom and Ewell Borough Council.
And if you do need additional support now or at any point in the future, this can easily be arranged via our highly professional care partner.
