Priscilia Okwuka is General Manager at Oakmoor Lodge.
I began working in Social Care in 2007, and have been a registered Care Home Manager since 2014. I holds an NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care as well as an NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
I am passionate about using my knowledge and experience to provide a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, where they are recognised as individuals and given every opportunity to pursue their interests and offered a range of meaningful activities. I enjoy leading a care team that is valued, fully committed, well-trained and enthusiastic in advancing in their chosen career.
