Rachael Smith is General Manager at Old Norse Lodge.
Rachael has been actively involved in the care sector since 2011. Her journey began as a domestic in a residential/dementia home, where she transitioned into the role of a care assistant. During this time, she discovered her true passion for a caring role.
Rachael is committed to delivering the highest quality of care in a person-centred manner and within a homely environment. She leads a strong and passionate team that shares her dedication, maintaining high standards and a similar drive. Outside of her professional commitments, Rachael enjoys reading, going to the gym, and socialising with friends and family.
