Rozina Ali is Home Manager at Parsons Grange.
I have over twenty years’ experience in working in older people’s care. My passion is caring and supporting older people to be as independent as possible. I believe in involving residents in all decision making so they can live each day in the way they wish.
We ensure families are involved in care planning, and loved ones are welcome to be involved in their relative’s day-to-day care if they wish to be. We work in partnership with families, and everything we do is personalised to individual needs and wishes.
I’m so proud of the Parsons Grange team. They’re very responsive and supportive – both to me, each other, the residents and their families. Together we’re determined that Parsons Grange continues to be the best care home in Reading.
The skilled team at Parsons Grange, a purpose-built care home in Shinfield, provide high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care that is tailored to individuals' needs and wishes.
The luxurious home features a café, bar, hair and beauty salon and a cinema, as well as lounges and activity rooms for residents to enjoy whenever they wish. To ensure residents live life to the full, a lifestyle team is on hand to organise activities, entertainment and events.
Parsons Grange uses the latest in dementia-friendly design, including a dedicated dementia suite with lighting, signage and colour schemes to support residents to move around the home safely. Each en-suite bedroom is beautifully furnished, with a 24-hour nurse call system.
