Pinner Court has 48 apartments, which are all built around a courtyard with beautiful gardens. The communal facilities have the addition of an attractive dining room, as well as a highly comfortable owners’ lounging area and a bustling hobbies room. 

The Court is located within the central area of Harborne, one of Birmingham’s most appealing suburbs. There are highly convenient local shops all just a short walking distance of the Court. Buses go from just outside the main entrance to Birmingham City Centre with all of its first class shopping and leisure facilities and the highly popular Merry Hill Shopping Centre.

There is an active social calendar for owners who want to get involved, with lots of functions at the Court as well as visits to local places to visit. Birmingham Symphony Hall has a vast range of concerts and is very popular with owners.

All courts have staff who can help should you ever need to put together a care plan. They know the local specialists well, so can also help you to identify the most suitable, qualified people to care for you. You will need to pay for the services of your carers. Many courts are Care Quality Commission certified and a small number employ care staff.

At every court, a team of Duty Managers ensures that someone is on duty, on site, 24 hours a day. So if ever you need to pull the emergency call cord, you speak to someone in the building whom you know, who understands your needs, and can be with you in moments.

Pinner Court has a communal lounge that is the hub of many of its social activities. Morning coffee and afternoon tea are served on a daily basis together with weekly events from whist to keep fit. The Court Manager will be able to provide a copy of the monthly social programme. There is a television (not sure that all of the Courts have a TV yet) and dvd player as well as a stereo providing Owners with the opportunity to enjoy film, concerts and musical evenings. The Court also features a hobbies room where Owners can take part in a number of activities including board games, card games, art and craft. The hobbies room is also used for meetings of either the Court management company or local clubs and societies of which Owners are members.
