Meet The Manager

Jo March is Registered Manager at Plan With Care.

Jo’s background in healthcare began in 2009 where she completed a management training programme for one of the UK’s leading private elderly healthcare providers. Having undertaken numerous roles across a range of homes during her tenure,  Jo developed a passion for providing dignified and person centred care.  After being a part of several management teams commissioning new homes which specialised in nursing and dementia care, Jo progressed to become a Registered General Manager.  Jo holds a Masters degree in Management with Distinction and a BA degree in International Studies with Economics. She is also a Registered Intermediary for the Ministry of Justice facilitating communication for vulnerable witnesses.

We are a quality of life company and wellbeing is at the heart of what we do. We see care as a part of our service, not the point of our service.  We look holistically at what brings people pleasure, their relationships, and the things that are meaningful to them, and carefully match every Wellbeing Companion and Care & Wellbeing Assistant with the person we are supporting's personality and passions.

At Plan with Care we work alongside the family, friends and solicitors of older people to support them in a tailored and creative way. With our help, their wellbeing is improved in addition to their care needs being met.

Everyone we support has a dedicated Care and Wellbeing Consultant as their main point of contact, who spends time getting to know them in detail, puts together a Care & Wellbeing plan, and leads the team of people who deliver it.
