Meet The Manager
Dorothy Mugadza is Manager at Premiere Advantage Ltd.
Dorothy originally formed Premiere Advantage Ltd in 2012 for other healthcare services, but changed in 2021 and registered with the CQC to provide Domicilliary Care and Supported Living together with Live in Care. Community care has always been her passion as she has worked as a community nurse from 2006 and went on to enhance her knowledge and skills by studying for BSc District Nursing Specialist Practitioner with Prescribing in 2010.
Dorothy has a wealth of experience of community services and working with other members of the MDT while advocating for people who use the services to enhance their outcomes. Dorothy holds a teaching qualification and participates in staff training as this is an area she also enjoys. She always has the safety and welfare of her clients at heart.
Premiere Advantage Ltd was created to connect families with highly skilled and fully qualified carers, who can provide the support needed for health and happiness at home. We assess your requirements and recommend home care options that suit your location, needs and budget. Care is provided on a short or long term basis.
