Meet The Manager

Gill Pratt is General Manager at Raleigh Manor Care Home.

I am extremely proud of the fantastic care we deliver for our resident's and their loved ones here at Raleigh Manor.

We have a beautiful newly-built home, nestled in the residential town of Exmouth with views out onto the estuary. Our passion is to create a home filled with care, warmth and importantly laughter.

I am a qualified nurse and am passionate about developing my team to be the best individuals they can be, and to ensure we are always delivering at the best level for our residents.

What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe

We are working within the government guidelines to help protect our staff and clients.

Infection Control Initiatives in place
safe-tick Infection Control Training Our staff are trained to use measures which prevent and control infections.
safe-tick Virus Testing We are testing for viral infection when symptoms present within our care setting.
Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.

Activities Are So Important

Activities are the cornerstone of a wholesome home experience, and our Activities Coordinators are always putting their creative minds to the test by organising new and exciting social events for residents to partake in. Of course, we take into account the likes and dislikes of those we support, so if someone doesn’t feel like trying something new, there will always be something on offer to reflect their personal interests.

For the people who may just prefer some peace and quiet instead, we also offer one-to-one time that can be enjoyed with a nice cup of coffee or just a simple chat – whatever they desire.
