Jeanette Chell is Service Manager at Real Care Solutions. at Real Care Solutions (Live-in Care).
Jeanette originally worked as a nurse in the NHS. After many years she joined the private sector, gaining experience of delivering care both in care homes and in homecare settings. Jeanette began Real Care Solutions to create a small, family run business to provide care without compromising on the important values of compassion, honesty, responsibility, upholding dignity, co-operation, communication, continual learning, protecting privacy, treating people fairly and acting with integrity.
Jeanette has a passion for caring, it is her life's vocation and she finds nothing more rewarding than having a positive impact on the lives of clients and their families.
Real Care was established to raise the quality of in-home care and to allow us to provide care without compromise.
