Meet The Manager

Rita Buah-Mensah is Director at Ribuah Healthcare Ltd.

I am a highly motivated, knowledgeable, and determined manager who is also a dual trained Nurse (Mental Health Nursing, Adult Nurse) with varied experience of working with adults and older people living with mental illnesses and learning disabilities who present with challenging behaviour and personality disorders.I work with individuals with long term conditions and always prioritise the care of my clients. I always work to provide high quality and patient centred care. I am committed to safeguarding vulnerable people and promotes the health and wellbeing of patients, families, and carers. I work to empower patients and support them to manage their own conditions to help promote quick recovery, positive patient experience of care and health outcomes.

We are a progressive and innovative provider of high quality person-centred Domiciliary Care for adults with diverse, health and social care needs including those with dementia and mental health difficulties.

Ribuah Healthcare offers a wide range of services such as Domiciliary Care,  Live-in Care, Waking Night Care, Emergency Care. Our services are tailored to meet the individual’s needs and allow people to remain in their own homes. The  services we offer are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and all year round.

We provides services that are complementary to each other, or they can be used separately depending upon the needs of the individual. We constantly monitor the services and try to be as flexible and responsive as possible to the changing needs of clients. We strive to maintain high standards throughout the service delivery and our various policies and procedures provide suitable guidance on how to operate in accordance with relevant legislation. Whilst protecting the health, safety, dignity and respect of our service users. Ribuah Healthcare is yet to be registered and regulated by The Care Quality Commission.

Domiciliary Care (Care at Home) refers to a range of services put in place to support an individual in their home. It can be a real help for those who want to stay in their home with support.

The Domiciliary care service  will cater for those with long-term illness and conditions such as learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental ill health. It is designed to enable their recovery or coping with their conditions through the provision of person-centred support and/or care. The service involves a combination of calls-in and live-in options.
