Emma Johnson is Home Manager at Richard House Grantham.
"My journey into care began when I was 18 years old, I have a naturally caring personality and my passion was to pursue a career in making a difference in people’s lives and deliver the highest standards of care. I wouldn’t choose to work in any other profession. I have the same passion for my job now as I had on my first day.
Working within the care sector is one of the most rewarding careers that anyone could dream of. Being able to support and make residents feel special every day is the best feeling in the world.
