Sara Woodley is Registered Manager at Right at Home Twickenham and Richmond.
My name is Sara Woodley. I have been working in care for over 30 years now and I still love what I do!
I have worked in a variety of roles from a caregiver, supporting complex care clients to a trainer to now being responsible for over 100 caregivers across three Right at Home offices. I believe in having a clear set of values and ensuring that I and my team live by those values.
I am a PTTLS qualified trainer and achieved my Level 5 diploma in Health and Social Care a few years ago now. I like to stay up to date with my training and keep track of the ever-changing legislation. I work with other Registered Managers across the Right at Home network to share best practice and am particularly proud of achieving an Outstanding CQC rating from our Farnham office in 2021. I am to do the same from the other two offices when they are inspected!
At Right at Home Twickenham and Richmond, our aim is to make a positive difference to the lives of those we care for.
My team and I are committed to improving the quality of life for our Clients and enabling them to live safely and happily in their own homes. That's why we recruit and train CareGivers with a genuine passion for helping people in our local community. Our preferred visits are a minimum of one hour, so time can be given to provide quality care that isn't rushed, with an ethos that is driven by positive outcomes rather than simply by need.
We provide quality care in and around Twickenham, Richmond and the surrounding areas.
If you or any of your loved ones are looking for high-quality companionship, personal care, assistance with medication, meal preparation, specialist dementia care or any other complex medical conditions, please feel free to get in touch.
