Our carefully designed site at Rothbury House will enable you to retain your independence while living among like-minded people who share an RAF connection.

Set among rolling green hills, the house is a stone’s throw away from local amenities, allowing you to walk through the beautiful village of Rothbury to shops, cafes, and community services.

We have a variety of purpose-built suites available, each designed to give you the privacy you need to live an independent life whilst benefitting from being a member of our tight-knit community.

Our friendly staff are available 24 hours a day, to answer any questions you might have, and to help in any way they can.

There is also an accessible lift to every floor, handrails throughout the buildings, and all our suites are equipped with a stylish and modern modified ensuite wet-room.

With local amenities within walking distance of our front door, and a well connected bus service that can take you into the heart of Alnwick or Newcastle, at Rothbury House you have everything you need to live an independent and fulfilled lifestyle.

As well as ensuring you have everything you need to live a content and tranquil retirement, each of our suites has an Alexa View, which can be used to contact family members or reception, to ask questions and check menus, or to find out more information about the beautiful local area.

We have single and double suites available, all of which are ensuite and include a small kitchen area with fridge and microwave.

All suites are generously proportioned and thoughtfully designed, and many feature sweeping panoramic views across our picturesque landscaped grounds.

With a welcoming bar area, and cosy entertainment room, our communal areas are tastefully decorated and are available to all residents at Rothbury House to use at their will.

You’ll have a bedroom, bathroom and sitting area along with space for a fridge and microwave. You can furnish your flat to your own taste, splashing out on some new furnishings, or bringing more familiar items from your old home.
