We are so proud of our activities. Swimming, yoga including specialist chair based yoga classes, we walk as often as we can with clients. We attend events, museums, coffee shops and much more. Our clients enjoy outings with carers who have the same interests and find it easier to participate when the carer has the similar fitness levels and they join in as a team. Where necessary we support our clients to attend classes and activities on Zoom. |
