Victoria Alder is General Manager at Sid Bailey.
Victoria began her career in the care sector while working in a care home kitchen during evenings after college. Despite pursuing a law degree at the University of Derby, her passion for making a difference in people's lives led her back to care, where she progressed from Care Assistant to Senior Care Assistant.
In 2016, she trained as a Care Home Assistant Practitioner, working alongside nurses and earning a nomination for an award. After five years as a Clinical/Care Auditor, Victoria secured her first Registered Manager position. Drawn by the values and high standards at Danforth, she became the General Manager of Sid Bailey, where she strives to create a home-away-from-home experience for residents.
