Meet The Manager

Sherin Kandi is General Manager at Sleaford Hall.

Sherin joined Toray Pines in August 2018 and regards it as one of the best decisions he has made. Sherin has 14 years of work experience within the care sector, which has helped him to extend his knowledge. He has a degree in Pharmacology and has a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care; recently he completed the Developing Manager’s Programme and CPD Accredited “Person Centred Dementia Care”. His overall aim is to provide a great working and living atmosphere for his colleagues and service users respectively. More recently Sherin has been appointed Home Manager for Sleaford Hall Care Home.

Activities Are So Important

Tanglewood Care Homes offer a range of activities that appeal to our residents, regardless of interests and abilities. All activities are of course optional, but we do encourage our residents to be involved to increase their social interaction, mental stimulation and, most importantly, their enjoyment. Activities take place in groups, small task groups or one-to-one. Our dedicated Lifestyles Coordinator is an integral member of our team. They ensure monthly meetings are held with our residents to ensure that activities reflect their interests and choices.
