Meet The Manager

Tom is Registered Manager at Sparrow Self-Employed Carers.

Sparrow Self-Employed Carers is a Northumberland based, family business that was set up by Tom, a former operations manager and carer and his sister Anna a former nurse and experienced carer.

As carers ourselves, we created Sparrow to help local people to find high quality care for their families. Our promise to people looking for care is that we will only work with carers that we would be happy to have look after our own mum and dad. We then support those carers to enable them to provide exceptional care directly to you.

Tom

At Sparrow we identify and vet outstanding self-employed carers and support them to work directly for you. We only select carers we would be happy to have look after our own loved ones. Our carers offer companionship, home help and personal care. They can help you save money compared to an agency too.

We are not a care agency, so we don't directly manage your care. We make introductions to the very best carers we can find, who care for you directly with our support.
