Faith Manyemba is Registered Manager at Spectus Healthcare (Live-in Care).
I oversee the well-being of both Caregivers and Clients to ensure the highest standards of care. I am accountable for the health and safety of all employees and clients. Spectus Healthcare Ltd clients can expect a full assessment and detailed care plan that is continuously monitored, evaluated and risk assessed.
Our care goes beyond task-based activities to support client's reach their individual goals and well-being. Building rapport and maintaining strong relationship with our clients can bring joy and make a difference with each visit and support that we provide. I am also a Registered mental health nurse with vast experience in working with adolescents, adults and older adults. With having worked with complex chronic mental health illness with conditions such as schizophrenia, biopolar, dementia, learning disabilities and autism clients.
