Serah-Jane Mbugua is Manager at Springs of Joy Care Solution (Live-in Care).
Serah-Jane is an enthusiastic and dedicated holder of BA (Hons) Health and Social Care degree , with twenty years experience working with families, adults with dementia complex care , anxiety and depression. She works as a reflective practitioner to provide an effective quality of care to service user group through personal centred care and promoting service users’ values, culture, choice, autonomy, and justice.

We provide skilled care to enable our service users in supported living and nursing homes across Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being. All our clients are cared for by highly qualified Support workers, Care Assistants, Senior Support Workers and Domestic staff who are fully trained in Health and Social care elements such as dementia /autism awareness, Infection control and moving and handling.
