Our independent living apartments and cottages offer residents the privacy of their own home with companionship from others when they need it.
Residents can enjoy the benefits of the sites’ communal facilities, while still having their own space behind their own front door. Be sociable when you want to be, making new friends of like-minded people. But always know you can spend as much time as you want in your own flat.

Set in three acres of gorgeous, secure gardens, St Peter’s Park includes flats and cottages for more independent tenants aged 70 or over, as well as residential home and nursing care for residents all on one site.

Our dedicated and highly skilled team members are familiar and friendly faces to rely on, and include an on-site Nurse Manager. We also work very closely with the local GP’s surgery, which is next door to St Peter’s Park. Our 24-hour on call system means help is available at the push of a button.

All our care team workers complete an intensive Agincare accredited training course before starting work. They also undertake regular refresher and specialist training, such as for supporting Alzheimer’s, stroke and Parkinson’s.

St Peter’s Park is a bit different to the average retirement home. As well as its stunning location, we’ve got our own chefs, award-winning gardens, licensed bar, a full social programme to enjoy and our own mini-bus for trips out.

There’s something to suit everyone in our social activities programme, from entertainment, exercise and flower arranging to arts and crafts, coffee mornings, cooking and much more.

St Peter’s Park enjoys its very own licensed bar and spacious communal lounges to relax in and enjoy with friends.

St Peter’s Park is situated in the heart of the community, right next to the GP’s practice, village shop, bakery and tea room with Bexhill’s beautiful seafront just 10 minutes away.

Our aim is to make everyone feel part of a real village community, with high-quality living and care for every resident, if and when they need it, and peace of mind for their families.

Our trips in the St Peter’s Park minibus might mean a visit to the shops, seafront and garden centre, or just out for lunch on a lovely sunny day.

Our retirement village for independent tenants over 65 includes 34 studio flats and one-bedroom cottages.

Each property has its own bathroom and kitchen, and the cottages have separate lounges too. Village tenants can enjoy private dining from the comfort of their own accommodation with wholesome, high quality meals prepared by our very own chefs.

Autumna has invited care providers to evidence the infection control measures they are carrying out, above and beyond those laid out by the government, in order to keep residents, staff and visitors safe.
