Lloyd is a NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse with three years’ experience specializing in patients who have been diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disabilities and challenging behaviors. In addition, experience was gained in Forensic Mental health services in medium-secure units. Top performing and solution-driven health care professional with 13+ years of experience working in different Mental Health environments as a Health care support worker before merging to nursing.

Lloyd possesses strong and effective communication skills and good interpersonal relationships. He continuously communicates with patients about healthcare, risk assessments and risk management, inclusive of collaborative smart care plans that are patient-centred.

Support Solutions Healthcare is a domiciliary care provider of live-in services for adults across Lincolnshire. Support Solutions Healthcare Limited is a company that was formed by two Healthcare professions who are both qualified nurses and currently registered to practice.  Both Directors have extensive knowledge in the health sector both in NHS and the Private Sector with knowledge spanning over 15 years of hands on experience. Our areas of expertise ranges from Personal care, Dementia Care, Physical Health and Disabilities, Home visits ranging from Hourly, Meal Preparations and Living in Care. We are fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
