Meet The Manager
Tracy Dankert is Registered Manager at SureCare East Surrey & Sevenoaks.
Tracy brings 20 years’ experience to the role having worked in a number of different care settings, supporting people from all ages and walks of life. These include people living with learning disabilities, dementia, challenging behaviours, physical disabilities, and complex care needs like spinal or brain injuries to remain in their own homes and live as independently as possible.
Alongside her BSC Honours Degree in Health and Social Care through the Open University she also holds a level 5 Diploma in Leadership for: Health and Social Care & Children and Young People’s Services
Tracy is very passionate about providing consistently reliable, responsive, and safe care. Tracy also aims to recruit and retain a team of dedicated care professionals who are trained and supported to the highest possible standards. Leading these care professionals to deliver care that will respect and support clients as they would their own family members.
At SureCare East Surrey & Sevenoaks, we aim to provide a variety of home care, assistance and support services to benefit those who need them most.
We work closely with you and your loved ones to establish a tailor-made package of care and support that reflects your individual needs, wishes, and preferences. We can also cooperate with other clinical services and health professionals to support our clients, helping them maintain a sense of dignity and independence in the comfort of their own homes.
