Meet The Manager
Henna Afzal is Branch Manager at SureCare Sheffield (Live-in Care).
Henna has over a decade of experience within the healthcare sector, which includes her time studying health and social care at college. She has previously worked in a number of healthcare settings and gained years of experience in care and customer service.
As the Branch Manager of SureCare Sheffield, Henna aims to lead a team that delivers the best possible care. With a robust employment process for new care workers, alongside up-to-date training and practices, Henna’s mission is to ensure we deliver care with the client’s needs in mind. She will also use her time to regularly identify how we can improve our services and make SureCare Glossop & High Peak a provider to be proud of.
We regularly review the support provided to our clients to ensure that we are successfully meeting their needs and achieving their aims and objectives. SureCare Sheffield encourages feedback from our clients, their relatives, friends and representatives.
SureCare Sheffield aims to provide a tailor-made package of care and support that contributes to the overall health and well-being of its clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, wishes and preferences. SureCare Sheffield will work in partnership with other services and health professionals, to support our clients in maximising their full potential by promoting independence and, wherever possible, participation within our local community.
