Meet The Manager
Michelle Calvert is Registered Manager at SureCare Stockport.
Michelle has worked in domiciliary care since 2013. She has worked as a Carer, Team Leader, Care Coordinator and a Manager. During this time she has experienced different levels of care and the importance of team working.
She has spent time creating Care Plans with individuals and reviewing these regularly. She has supported employees and developed them to meet their career goals, through regular supervision and appraisals. She has worked to ensure branch compliance and identified when there are changes in services and supported services to continue to provide good support. She has worked with families and sign posted where required to ensure that individuals support networks are equally supported. She has worked with many different services creating good relationships that have been built upon over time.
She has completed Level 2 Health and Social Care and level 3 Health and Social Care, She is awaiting to be enrolled on Level 5 health and Social Care.
