Communal facilities include a Homeowners lounge where social events and activities take place, a function room and landscaped gardens. There is also a well-being suite with a visiting hair technician. A fully equipped laundry room and a restaurant which is table service and serves freshly prepared meals daily. If your guests wish to stay, there is guest suite accommodation which can be booked (fees apply). There is a 24 hour emergency call system provided by a personal pendant and call points in your bedroom, hallway and bathroom as well as onsite management 24 hours a day.
One hour of domestic support per week is included in the service charge at Swift House with additional services including care and support available at an extra charge. However, this can be from as little as 15 minutes per session which can be increased or decreased to suit your needs.
Swift House is conveniently located within walking distance of local amenities in Maidenhead.
You’ll benefit from a friendly CQC regulated manager and care team onsite at all times. The manager is there to run the development, fix issues and to help you with anything you need. They also facilitate clubs and events and are a reassuring presence in case of an emergency. You have the peace of mind of someone onsite at all hours every day and night.
Domestic assistance – you enjoy one hour per week of domestic help as part of your service charge and more if you would like it- for an additional fee. The team can help with tasks such as household cleaning and changing the beds, as well as errands like shopping for groceries and posting letters.
Personal support – we offer flexible care packages so you can choose the help you need when you need it. We can help with things like going to bed and getting up in the morning, preparing breakfast, getting to and from medical appointments or support during a period of convalescence.
Laundry service - if you’d rather not do the laundry yourself, the team can take care of it all for you. They’ll collect your laundry and return it washed and ironed.
