Claudiu Dordea is Managing Director & Registered Manager at Sylvian Care Farnham.
Claudiu is a dedicated graduate student pursuing a degree in Psychology, Counselling, and Therapies, with a strong background in the Health and Social Care sector. He holds qualifications such as a Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care England, Level 3 Safeguarding Adults Training, and a Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Medication Handling and Administration for Care Settings.
Throughout his journey, Claudiu has excelled in various roles, including Field Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator, and Healthcare Assistant, honing skills in communication, teamwork, time management, empathy, problem-solving, and digital literacy. As a native Romanian speaker with a multicultural background, he connects deeply with diverse individuals and communities.
