Meet The Manager
Alina Racila is Managing Director at Sylvian Care Southampton.
Alina has a degree and master's in Tourism from ‘’Al. I. Cuza’’ University, Romania, however she felt a strong call towards care and pursued a career in health and social care instead. She started her career in 2014 and worked for various care providers acquiring experience in both domiciliary and residential sectors. She has progressed to a senior position and has completed NVQ Level 2 in 2015, Level 3 in 2017 and has completed Level 5 in 2021. In 2020 she decided to join the Sylvian family and together with her husband Florin, acquired a Sylvian Care franchise covering the Southampton area.
We are proud to be a family-owned business with founders actively involved in the day-to-day running of the company.
Care has been at the heart of our success as we understand that our duty of care is not simply reserved for our clients but extends to our staff and our front-line care providers, all of whom have been crucial to the growth of Sylvian.
