Layla Suleymaan

e are a private independent company run and managed directly by experienced care manager, who has a very hand on approach with over ten years experience working in home care sector.  We take pride in offering a service that everyone can trust to be a caring one that is small enough to manage delivery of a truly tailored caring service.

We understand the only way to do this is to be small enough to know each client personally, we really value offering the personal experience you require enabling you to remain independent in the comfort of your own home.

The quality of our care team is a vital part of our service. We understand and respect that someone new coming into your home can be a daunting prospect, especially when it comes to placing your trust in a carer you have not previously met.

For this reason, we are very selective when it comes to recruiting new carers. Every member of our team is interviewed by the care manager and only successful candidates are those who are considered to be friendly, caring, experienced, professional and reliable, instantly being able to put you at ease and enabling you to have confidence in their ability to provide you with the support and assistance you need.
