Either through a community-based care team, or local provider, support is available to help with daily personal care, paperwork or housekeeping, support with outings and socialising.  It's designed to support you as and when you need, to ensure you can keep living an active, independent life.

Thamesfield is a sophisticated and serene community. Picture a local jazz ensemble from the town playing on the lawn while you enjoy exceptional but affordable food from the acclaimed onsite restaurant.
