Here at The Grove, we follow all Infection Prevention controls for the safeguarding of our residents and staff, prompt health monitoring by our dedicated Nursing team ensure quick and positive outcomes for our residents. Our staff team have a comprehensive training programme on our own training portal which accompanies our own inhouse trainers to ensure the highest standards are provided. We have a variety of mental health resources should they be required and staff work confidently and confidentially to support our residents needs. We pride ourselves on working within an open, honest and transparent environment with our families and our community and we strive to achieve positive outcomes for our entire Home, whether that be a resident, staff member of a visitor to the service. |
