Tracey Burke is Home Manager at The Heathers Nursing Home.
I am a qualified nurse with more than 30 years’ experience working in both the acute sector and care home sector.
I have worked at The Heathers since 1998, I have worked in the Home as a Nurse, the Deputy Manager and The Manager. I have played a key role in improving the quality of care at the Home, we have achieved all of our actions from the Local Authority and have maintained a 5-Star Environmental Health rating. In the future we shall be working towards Investors in People and the Gold Standard Framework accreditation. These are national standards to demonstrate robust staff management and delivering the best end of life care to our residents.
We are very proud of the high standard of personal, loving care we provide to all our residents, and this is reflected in the many positive comments we receive from residents’ families and friends. My door is always open, and I very much look forward to welcoming you to The Heathers soon.
