Lianne Sturmey is Manager at The Oaks.
Lianne started her career in the care sector as an assistant over 25 years ago. Throughout her career she has worked hard to rise through the ranks, gaining the necessary qualifications, to advance first to Senior Care Assistant, then Deputy Manager to finally becoming Manager of her first home.
Lianne is committed to improving the lives of both people in her care and the team she works alongside. She has a passion for providing quality, person-centred care and an approach that is totally in-step with Bracebridge Care’s own philosophy.

The Oaks is a 71-bedroom home with exceptional communal spaces located in Rubery, Birmingham. It has been carefully designed to complement the community within which it has been built.
Inside, careful attention to interior design helps you move easily through the building, with excellent wayfinding, interesting spaces to enjoy, and a tasteful, homely feel. All this is aesthetically pleasing and creates a strong sense of belonging.
