Ashley Henry is Registered Manager & Co-Owner at The Village Care Group Limited (Live-In Care).
With over 20 years’ hands-on and management experience working in health and social care, our founder Ash Henry started Village Care having learned that care provision is always more effective when it’s tailored to support the unique needs of individuals. He believes that when care is informed by a deeper understanding of community, family situations and individual circumstances, it’s possible for carers to have a meaningful impact on individuals’ lives by delivering professional care with more empathy and kindness, fostering a deeper sense of well-being and independence.
With all his experience, Ash is determined to ensure that Village Care changes the way homecare is done, using everything he’s learned to help people live well and independently in their own homes, within their own community.

We understand that not one care plan fits all. Daily services can include anything from meal preparation, hygiene, cleaning, and supervision. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs.
It is important that all our staff are fully reference and DBS checked. We also ensure staff are fully trained and are committed to ongoing training and development.
Our live-in care service ensures that an expertly-trained carer is with you, day and night, to provide help at a moment’s notice around-the-clock, in the comfort of your own home.
