She has strong people and observational skills, experience assessing an individual's care and support needs, and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients, their families and other professionals.

Deevi moved into the home care industry after she saw first-hand that the sector needs strongly committed people with strong values. She is one of those people who really put their heart into their job and she wants to make things better for everyone.
