Ellie Wibberley is Manager at Trafford Waters Care Home.

Ellie became a member of Tanglewood Care Homes team back in 2018, initially taking on the role of a Care Assistant. With a total of 8 years of experience in the care sector under her belt, Ellie’s journey at Tanglewood has been marked by a continuous pursuit of excellence in providing Person-Centered Care. Her commitment to assisting individuals in living life on their terms is a source of immense pride for Ellie.

Notably, Ellie recently completed a comprehensive Developing Managers course through LINCA (Lincolnshire Care Association). Currently, she is actively working towards the completion of her NVQ Level 5 Managers Course in Adult Social Care. Her dedication to furthering her knowledge and skills is driven by a desire to create an environment that offers peace of mind to the families of those in her care, as well as fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both service users and her fellow team members.

Activities Are So Important

Tanglewood Care Homes offer a range of activities that appeal to our residents, regardless of interests and abilities. All activities are of course optional, but we do encourage our residents to be involved to increase their social interaction, mental stimulation and, most importantly, their enjoyment. Activities take place in groups, small task groups or one-to-one. Our dedicated Lifestyles Coordinator is an integral member of our team. They ensure monthly meetings are held with our residents to ensure that activities reflect their interests and choices.
