Meet The Manager

Kath O'Dwyer is Home Manager at Ty Llandaff Care Home.

My Name is Kath O'Dwyer and I am the Home Manager at Ty Llandaff.

I have worked in the care industry for over 30 years and have extensive experience across the sector. My career to date has been working with local authorities, charity and the private sector, in residential and Nursing Home settings, Day Services and Supported Living. It has been a privilege to care for our elderly and I have had the pleasure of a lifetime of stories and memories in my journey.

I strive for excellence, my door is always open, the values of the home I am committed to delivering, a care of the highest standard, the basic principles of care I very much respect, dignity is of the highest priority.

I am a very passionate carer, and endeavour to drive quality in the service for those in our care, with the combined support from staff, families, local authority commissioning teams, health care professionals and regulators.
