Julie House is Home Manager at Verwood House.
Julie is not only an experienced Home Care Manager, she is also a nurse which is an asset. As well as "managing" the Care Home with her experienced team of nurses, homemakers and support staff, her focus is truly about person centred care. This means that all residents are recognised as individuals, not only in care terms, but with different hobbies and interests. This leads to a more settled resident who is cared for and benefits from positive social interaction, and mental stimulation, making every day a good day.
Verwood House is situated in the picturesque town of Verwood, on the edge of the New Forest, and just a short drive away from the beautiful Jurassic coast and Poole Harbour. Our luxury care home offers residential, dementia and nursing care, as well as short breaks for the older community.
Verwood House benefits from an exceptional location with spectacular views across a picturesque nature reserve. You can take in the views from the luxurious balcony space on the first floor, or over a walk through the tranquil gardens which surround the home.
