Meet The Manager

Donna Rutherford is Registered Manager at Visiting Angels Fylde Coast.

In 2018 became a caregiver, and it wasn’t long before I joined an outstanding rated care provider, where I completed several qualifications in health and social care and also completed my training and education certificate – I spent time as a senior caregiver before progressing to the role of Assistant Manager and then becoming a Training & Development Manager. Each of these roles has deepened my love for our industry and has driven me to want to make a difference. This is exactly why I have joined Visiting Angels Fylde as their Registered Manager, so I am able to be part of a company whose mission is to create an environment where our carers can care more, our clients can live better, and their families can feel assured.

A company where we can begin to redefine the role of carers in society and by doing so, deliver a new standard of person-centred care.
