Meet The Manager
Elmira Khoshrouz is Managing Director at Visiting Angels Manchester South (Live-In Care).
My journey began when I witnessed the struggles my neighbors and friends faced while searching for reliable care company. The constant switching between one care company to another, broken promises, and the challenges of finding someone trustworthy to care for a loved one deeply effected me.
Inspired to make a positive change in my community, I envisioned a homecare service where caregivers are not only respected but also recognized for their dedication. I wanted to create an environment where they are treated well, compensated fairly, and, most importantly, trusted to provide the same level of care as family members themselves. After thorough research, I found that Visiting Angels aligned perfectly with my vision, being the UK’s first carer-centric company, placing caregivers at the heart of the business.
Visiting Angels has been providing care across the world for 20 years. Their business has been built on recruiting, training, and supporting the very best Caregivers and enabling them to deliver premium quality care in the home. Our mission is :Creating an environment where our Careers can care more, clients can live better, and families can feel assured. To redefine the role of Careers in society and by doing so, deliver a new standard of person centered-care.” Visiting Angels is No 1, Career Centric Company, which means, we put the Caregivers first so that they are best placed to put clients first. we provide a minimum of 1 hour visit as we believe care shouldn't be rushed, our careers are not jut there to do their tasks, but to build a friendship with our clients too. We will provide domiciliary care and support to adult clients aged 18 and plus . We seek to provide support which will enable individuals to stay in their own home and retain their independence. Our care packages are tailored and adapted so that they reflect the individual needs and requirements of our clients. Every one of our caregivers is trained in taking care of everyday tasks, and our visits aim to provide companionship for their clients, as well as tending to anything else they may need. There is no hidden charges or extra charges at the weekend, bank holidays or the festive season.
