Caitlin Evans is General Manager at Visiting Angels Newcastle.
I started my working life in recruitment and administration and after a short while I decided to dip my toe into the homecare industry. From that first moment I fell in love with the industry and everything about it. In the last 10 years, I have had the pleasure of exploring many different roles within different homecare service providers, from delivering hands on care, recruitment and HR, care coordinator and registered and dual registered management.
I am passionate about delivering high quality, safe and bespoke care to our customers but also celebrating our carers as after all they are at the heart of everything we do. My thought has always been that if I look after my caregivers they will look after our customers.
