Stephanie Robinson is Registered Manager at Visiting Angels Northamptonshire (Live-in Care).
I have 10 years’ experience and have been in various roles throughout my career to which I have gained more knowledge and skills that have made my transition into a Registered Care Manager easier. My background is mainly domiciliary care based however I have worked with the Ambulance Service and in nursing homes all of which I have enjoyed however, moving up the ladder has always been what I’ve wanted to achieve.
Supporting staff and encouraging development has always been a high priority to me as I feel a sense of achievement when helping others.
I enjoy a challenge and feel that I adapt well to change. I’ve had a lovely welcome by staff and can’t wait to see what the future holds for me at VA Northants.
