Meet The Manager

Hannah Flack is Registered Manager at Visiting Angels South Leicestershire.

I started my journey in the care sector when I left school at 16 years old. I began by supporting adults with Learning Disabilities in a care home setting and then transitioned to residential care. I fell in love with the role at a young age, and although I pursued different things and became a mother, I returned to the role as a care worker in the community.

Over the years, I have worked through many positions within the sector, starting as a care worker, then progressing to Field Care Supervisor, Quality and Compliance, Care Coordinator, Deputy Manager, and Registered Manager. During these steps in my career, I have gained a vast amount of knowledge and understanding of what is required to help the people I support get the best outcomes when it comes to care needs.

I am still learning every day and I enjoy a challenge and adapt well to change.
