Hi, I am Tanya, Owner and Managing Director of Walfinch Chiswick, Hammersmith and Kensington.

We serve West and Central London, providing bespoke care and support to help our clients live independently at home and enjoy the very best quality of life.

Our dedicated team of care assistants are trained to the highest standards at our own training facility in Hammersmith. They are carefully matched to our clients to best support their needs, focusing on compassion, dignity and friendship.

I believe that good communication with our clients and care assistants is crucial in providing the best possible service. I will always make time to listen directly to clients and their families. Ensuring that our clients are listened to so we can give bespoke and flexible care that enhances their quality of life as much as possible is my priority.

I am supported by our brilliant Registered Manager, Magdalena, and Roxy, our Operations Director. Magdalena and Roxy bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to our team along with a passion for achieving client satisfaction.
