We’re on a mission to create the perfect environments that allow people to enjoy fuller and happier lives regardless of age.

Studies have shown what we all instinctively know, that quality of life is enhanced through social connections; through learning or teaching new skills and remaining active. This time of life can be truly fantastic, but we need to look after ourselves. We all need to invest in our health. As they say, “if you have your health, you can do anything.” That’s why we’ve launched Wallacea Living, to make this way of life easier to achieve. From providing opportunities for owners to share and discover talents and interests, to proactive wellbeing programmes with fully trained staff who are always looking out for you and can even provide in-home care facilities, should you need them.

At Wallacea Living we strongly believe that a holistic approach to wellbeing should be at the heart of everything we do. Our wellbeing programmes focus on the mind, body and soul through personalised support. We recognise that everyone will have their own aspirations for what they want to achieve.We take a holistic approach to wellbeing for the mind, body and soul through personalised support.

Our wellbeing services are divided into four key pathways in order to support every individual as and when they need it, with a Wellbeing Manager who brings together the different services across them all.

Proactive wellness
Proactive wellness is a pivotal part of the Wallacea Living offering and is the key to enabling people to live better, healthier lives. As well as bespoke gym programmes with access to personal training and spa facilities, we promote mental stimulation by encouraging new interests, creating new connections and interaction with our local community.

We also offer six-monthly wellbeing MOTs, which identify changes within health and provide regular measurement of our owners’ overall wellbeing. Wherever possible we turn to technology to support our owners’ health and fitness goals.

Access to healthcare - private and funded
The relationships we are building with local hospitals and NHS providers will enable our owners to receive the best possible healthcare. We offer easy access to healthcare, whether through our regular on-site GP surgery, or through priority access to a private appointment booking service for private doctors and specialists. We also offer medication collection services, access to chemists and the ability to book vaccinations.

Support
Our on-site concierge can book theatre tickets, or organise transport, arrange dog walking services or help set up your weekly online shop. Our on-site team are there 24 hours a day, seven days a week, always looking out for our owners and always ready to help.

Care
No matter where someone may be on life’s journey, the truth is that at some point our owners may need a helping hand when it comes to care. We will be ready to support them with a wide range of personal care services and our care support packages will be completely bespoke for each individual.

We're here to make sure life at Wallacea Living is made easy - whether you need a last minute cab, a quick bit of tech support or something special delivered to your door - our team will always make time for you.

With activities, classes and trips that support your interests and all add to having the time of your later life.

Really stretch yourself at one of our yoga, dance or Pilates classes. Or just stretch out and relax in the corner of your favourite sofa. With a range of different classes and interest groups on offer - you're free to be as adventurous or as laid-back as you like, when you like.

Our hospitality team is here to encourage and facilitate owners to deliver or participate in a range of activities, from lectures, card games, crafts, art and music, to photography, martial arts and ballroom dancing. Whether you’re keen to set up a radio station, learn to waltz or absorb the culture of London on your doorstep, we will do our best to support and nurture your individual passions.

Teaching or learning new skills is a huge benefit for enhancing social connections and pushing our brains and often results in more exercise as well. We are also setting up a business hub with a number of seed business ideas in the conservation space which we need interested, experienced people with time to pick up and help develop. Whatever gets our owners excited and interested, we are there to help facilitate as best we can. There are no ‘redcoats’ pushing people, we simply support and encourage people to share their passions.

On the exercise front we are there to help organise the classes our owners want from Zumba to yoga. We have a dedicated gym with state-of-the-art equipment, a fantastic pool and an in-house personal trainer. We are also centrally located in London, with great walks and parks close by.
