Leena Oni is Home Manager at Waterhouse Manor Care Home.

Leena has been a qualified nurse for 27 years and has an extensive experience in various fields of nursing, clinical development and care home management.

Leena is very passionate about high quality care. She is very approachable and has an open-door policy. She believes in engaging, motivating and empowering the team to work together to continuously improve the day-to-day experience of the residents. She’s keen on creating strong links with the local community.

In her previous roles as a registered manager she successfully developed the homes and the staff teams with very positive outcomes for the residents.

Opened in the Summer of 2024, we provide exceptional 24-hour dementia, residential, and respite care. Conveniently situated near Chippenham, Newmarket, Mildenhall, and Cambridge, our location blends serene countryside living with easy access to urban amenities.
