Leena is very passionate about high quality care. She is very approachable and has an open-door policy. She believes in engaging, motivating and empowering the team to work together to continuously improve the day-to-day experience of the residents. She’s keen on creating strong links with the local community.
In her previous roles as a registered manager she successfully developed the homes and the staff teams with very positive outcomes for the residents.

Opened in the Summer of 2024, we provide exceptional 24-hour dementia, residential, and respite care. Conveniently situated near Chippenham, Newmarket, Mildenhall, and Cambridge, our location blends serene countryside living with easy access to urban amenities.
